Cruella is a villain in the Disney cartoon 101 Dalmations. She is based on the character on the character in the 1956 book written by Dodie Smith:
The One Hundred and One Dalmations. Her crime? She skinned dalmations to make her spotted fur coats!
Cruella drives a very distinctive automobile, colored red and black, resembling a 1932 Rolls-Royce Phantom.
An interesting fact about Cruella de Vil: In 2002, Forbes ranked her as number 13 in the Wealthiest Fictional Character list.
